Don’t forget – transitional period for ‘G9 Contracted services’ ends in January

The transitional provision introduced to assist operators with the implementation of the requirement for FORS ‘G9 Contracted services’ comes to end on 1 January.

All audits taking place on and after 1 January 2020 must require FORS accreditation throughout contracted services that are delivered on behalf of the FORS operator.

The requirement applies to new contracts only and requires operators to demonstrate that they are planning to introduce a flow-down clause in all new contracts awarded from the date of their reapproval audit.

The transitional provision coming to an end is shown below:
