Last month, we issued a survey to gather your feedback on FORS. The objective was to better understand the areas in which we can improve in order to meet and exceed your expectations.
The results of the survey were positive, with 80 per cent of members that completed the survey feeling that FORS represents acceptable or good value for money, while 71 per cent of respondents intend to maintain their FORS accreditation for at least 12 months.
The survey also revealed that members are satisfied with the level of service at their audits, with 88 per cent rating their last FORS auditor’s knowledge as either good or very good. 88 per cent of members told us that their FORS auditor’s level of professionalism was good or very good and 85 per cent rated their impartiality as either good or very good.
Despite the encouraging figures there is, of course, room for improvement. Your feedback has provided us with an excellent measurement of how we’re doing, giving us a platform from which we can continue to develop existing benefits and meet members’ specific business needs.
Thank you to everyone who completed the survey and congratulations to our three winners – Hales Sawmills, HE Services (Plant Hire) Limited and Cape Electrical Ltd – each receiving a £50 Marks & Spencer voucher.
