Please make sure that you book your FORS Bronze re-approval audit at least 30 calendar days prior to the expiry of your current FORS Bronze accreditation. This will ensure there is enough time to conduct your audit and receive your results before your accreditation expires.
Failure to renew your accreditation prior to the expiry date will, in accordance with FORS Rules and Procedures, result in your organisation being removed from the scheme.
What happens if you fail your re-approval audit?
If you fail your audit and you exceed the 30-day follow-up period without a successful audit outcome, you will be downgraded to dormant status and will no longer be a FORS member. To resume the audit process, you will need to contact the FORS Helpline to get your organisation reinstated to registered status.
Did you know you can book your audit up to 60 days prior to your expiry date?
You can book your re-approval audit as early as 60-days prior to your expiry date. Remember, if you hold Multi Operating Centre Accreditation (MOCA), the re-approval process will take longer to complete. If you are unsure when your accreditation is due to expire, you can check this on your organisation dashboard:
