If you cancel or change the date of a FORS audit after a confirmed written booking from FORS, the following charges will apply. You will need to contact your audit provider to make the relevant amendment – see list of audit providers below. Business days mean Monday to Friday between 08.30am and 5.00pm only (excluding public holidays). The cancellation time period excludes the actual day of the audit. For example, if your audit is due to take place on a Monday and you cancel it on the previous Tuesday (ie 3 complete business days), you will be eligible for a 50% refund or transfer of the fee. If you cancel it on the Wednesday beforehand (ie 2 complete business days), there is no refund or transfer of the fee.<\/p>\n

Note:<\/b> Audit protection only covers the first follow-up audit. Standard cancellation and amendment terms still apply.<\/p>\n

It is recognised that FORS Audit Providers or auditors may also provide assistance with audit preparation independently. In such circumstances the Audit Provider or the auditor, providing audit preparation support, is not permitted to carry out FORS audit for the organisation.<\/p>\n
