The learning aims are to raise the overall HGV compliance standards, along with the protection of the actual Operators Licence. There are currently no Staying Legal dates available.<\/p>\n<div class=\"twothirds\" >\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ny_Bf06dDFI\" width=\"85%\" height=\"350\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"thirds\" >\n<p>The course syllabus includes the following topics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operator licensing requirements<\/li>\n<li>Regulatory framework that governs the road transport industry<\/li>\n<li>Enforcement agencies that police non-compliant operations<\/li>\n<li>Enforcing regulations \u2013 the targeting methods used and the common offences<\/li>\n<li>Driver offences and the consequences of non-compliance<\/li>\n<li>A compliant driver<\/li>\n<li>A compliant vehicle<\/li>\n<li>A compliant journey<\/li>\n<li>Industry led initiatives to reduce Work Related Road Risk (WRRR)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\nThe course is designed to educate drivers of the need to remain compliant, when driving an HGV commercially on public roads.
