Why did FORS adjust the pricing for subscription fees in Summer 2023?<\/div>\n

Having not increased our subscription fees since 2015 (and after reducing our fees during the pandemic), we\u2019ve delivered an array of benefits to operators at a competitive price for many years. However, due to rising operational costs and other economic factors, we\u2019ve had to adjust our subscription fees to maintain the quality of our services and ensure our long-term sustainability.<\/p>\n

 <\/strong>We\u2019re also investing heavily into the transformation of FORS, which includes simplifying and demystifying the scheme, improving our technology and training offering, and providing more support for you in gaining and maintaining accreditation.<\/p>\n

For most operators, there was a reduction or no change.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n\n

Who was consulted about the subscription fee adjustment in Summer 2023?<\/div>\n
\n

The proposed changes went through several rounds of consultation with FORS Executive Group, and we\u2019ve worked to ensure our pricing model remains fair and affordable for operators.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n\n

If I register for FORS before 1 June 2023, will I be charged the new subscription fee?<\/div>\n
\n

No, you will be charged the current subscription fee based on the number of vehicles in your fleet. When you renew your subscription next year, you will be charged the new pricing for operators.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n\n

My membership renewal date is before 1 July 2023 but I have been charged the new prices, what do I do? <\/div>\n

Why have I received an invoice with the new prices before 1 July 2023?<\/div>\n
\n

Operators receive invoices 30 days before they are due, therefore you will receive your invoice 30 days before your subscription renewal date, which falls in July.
