As best practice is at the heart of what we do, introducing MFA is the right thing to do for FORS.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>What to Expect:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>When you log in to your FORS Online account, you\u2019ll be prompted to set up MFA.<\/li>\n<li>You can choose to use an Authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator) or receive a code via email. Select the option that works best for you and follow the instructions.<\/li>\n<li>Every seven days, you\u2019ll be prompted to verify your identity via MFA when logged into FORS Online.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>How to Set Up MFA for the first time:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>When you log in to your FORS Online account you will be given two options:\n<ul>\n<li>app (Recommended) or email.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>If you choose the email option:\n<ul>\n<li>a code will be sent to your email address which you will need to enter on the FORS Online log in screen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>If you choose the app option:\n<ul>\n<li>scan the onscreen QR code using an authenticator app.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the code you received on the screen to set up the app.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>The next time you log in after setting up MFA:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Choose between app or email.<\/li>\n<li>If using the app: enter the code from your authenticator app (no QR code needed).<\/li>\n<li>If using email, check your inbox for your code.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>With the ever-increasing risk of cyberattacks, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is an extra safeguarding measure that significantly strengthens our security by requiring two forms of verification before granting access to your account.
