If the driver is unable to access their eLearning account and they&#8217;ve tried <a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fors-online.org.uk\/cms\/fors-tutorials\/?elqTrackId=B3C136C69BCDD3DB083D38B72B80AF3A&amp;elqTrack=true#elearning\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-targettype=\"webpage\"><u>resetting their password<\/u><\/a>, they&#8217;re able to contact the Helpline to request for their details to be changed. A driver can also contact the Helpline if they need their classroom, manager or other training records updated.<\/li>\n<li>You can no longer request a change to a driver&#8217;s account or records on behalf of a driver.<\/li>\n<li>If you need to link a driver to your organisation on the training dashboard, you can do this using the driver&#8217;s driving licence number.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Our Helpline team is on hand to answer any questions you have.
