The VR technology will be used as part of the FORS Safe Driving course \u2013 an integral part of the FORS Professional training portfolio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The VR training module is available now for fleet operators seeking to enhance driver awareness and safety. Using the latest technology, this innovative solution allows drivers to experience high-risk scenarios from the safety of the classroom, eliminating real-world dangers while maintaining highly effective instruction.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The VR module offers fleet operators a flexible alternative to the practical on-cycle module, a key element of the Safe Driving course, and involves a comprehensive 3.5-hour interactive programme covering the full spectrum of road risk management. Drivers will experience 20 different interactive scenarios \u2013 in full 360-degrees \u2013 spanning urban, rural, and motorway environments, encompassing various vehicle types including vans, HGVs and also passenger-carrying vehicles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The training offers multiple perspectives, allowing drivers to experience road surroundings from several viewpoints, including those of cyclists and pedestrians. The multi-angle approach enhances drivers&#8217; awareness of road interactions while reinforcing safety principles.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Cutting-edge technology for immersive learning<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The module uses high-spec VR headsets ensuring crystal-clear visuals to enhance realism. Each training session synchronises video delivery across multiple headsets, allowing for group learning and consistent messaging for all participants. The module also includes an alternative online version for participants unable to use the VR headsets.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The FORS VR training module is designed to be delivered in a classroom setting, where participants remain seated throughout, ensuring a safe and controlled teaching and learning environment.
