Penny Lane Builders Lt (PLB) is a North West based SME with over 25 years’ experience in capital refurbishment, repairs and maintenance, aids and adaptations and new-build developments for the social housing sector. We employ over 200 people across the North West and work in partnership with clients including Plus Dane Group, Liverpool Housing Trust, Liverpool Mutual Homes, Your Housing Group, South Liverpool Housing, Pier Head Housing, City West and several Local Authorities  To manage the quality, health and safety and environmental performance of our business, the company has implemented an Integrated Management System, that meets the requirements of ISO9001: 2015, OHSAS18001: 2007 and ISO14001:2015.We offer clients a personal service, making even the smallest project a simple and a pleasant experience.
