Road Safety GB is a charitable organisation with aims and objectives to provide safe, healthy and active travel for road users in the UK. The organisation supports these aims and objectives by developing the skills of the UK road safety practitioner profession; by raising awareness of road safety and safer road user behaviour with the road using public, through the provision of advice, information, leadership, research, publicity, informed comment and other services to relevant bodies (national and local) and to its members.
Through its trading arm, Road Safety GB International, the organisation works to develop high quality training and qualifications for road safety professionals through a range of educational initiatives within the Road Safety GB Academy.
The Academy provide two e-learning packages covering driver impairment and driver fatigue. These are particularly relevant to those with a responsibility for fleets.
