Transport for London, who license FORS, want to make sure that costs on the industry remain as low as possible, while not compromising on standards. The competitive tender process run by TfL had this aim at its heart meaning that Sopra Steria, the new concessionaire, are seeking to lower membership fees and keep other costs as low as possible.

Yes. Your membership will continue as per normal and will not be affected by this change.

The FORS branding remains unchanged.

Yes, the manager training will still use the current FORS Professional virtual Classroom.

It is possible that your audit provider will change. We aim to keep any change and disruption to a minimum and we will contact you if this is likely to affect you.
