When does the changeover happen?
The new Concessionaire will take over from 9 January 2022.
Who is taking over running FORS and why is there a change?
Sopra Steria are taking over the running of FORS from AECOM following a competitive tender process held by Transport for London, who license FORS.
Will there be any changes to the FORS helpline, telephone number or email address?
FORS staff will be here to help you with any questions you might have now and through the transition to the new concessionaire. The contact number and email will stay the same.
Does this change anything relating to the FORS Standard v6?
No. V6 was published on 19 October 2021 and will come into force on 1 July 2022.
Will the fees for membership, audits or training change?
Transport for London, who license FORS, want to make sure that costs on the industry remain as low as possible, while not compromising on standards. The competitive tender process run by TfL had this aim at its heart meaning that Sopra Steria, the new concessionaire, are seeking to lower membership fees and keep other costs as low as possible.
Do we need to update any billing/invoicing information?
Yes, please make sure you check your invoice carefully and use the new payment details as indicated on the invoice, not any previously saved details. Please let your finance team know if appropriate.
I’ve just become a member / paid for my membership – is my payment and membership secure?
Yes. Your membership will continue as per normal and will not be affected by this change.
Are there any changes to the: FORS Fuel Card, FORS Driver Licence Checking, FORS Tacho Service, FORS Fleet Management System, FORS Vehicle Graphics Service?
Sopra Steria and AECOM are working together to make the transition as smooth as possible to minimise impacts on members, including training, audits and affinity deals. If there are any changes to the way you book or receive services from FORS, we will be in touch to explain these to you.
Will the FORS branding remain the same or do I need to review my vehicle stickers?
The FORS branding remains unchanged.
What will happen to my data and how it is processed?
TfL is the data controller and this will remain unchanged. Your data will continue to be processed in line with the GDPR regulation and Data Protection Act 2018.

Will the change affect the FORS helpline number or email address?
No. The phone number and email address will remain the same.
Will my FORS login details change?

Training
Will manager training still be delivered using the FORS Professional virtual classroom?
Yes, the manager training will still use the current FORS Professional virtual Classroom.
Audits
Our Bronze audit is due after 8 January. Will the audit provider change?
It is possible that your audit provider will change. We aim to keep any change and disruption to a minimum and we will contact you if this is likely to affect you.

No, the current Audit booking system will remain un-changed throughout the transition.
Will there be any changes to the way that the Silver and Gold evidencing system works?
No, the current evidencing system will remain the same throughout the transition.
