BACKup’ is a 24/7 monthly legal services subscription which deals with the two main pain-points of a transport business – the management of people (employment matters) together with road regulatory issues (O-Licence compliance, undertakings, DVSA intervention). The BACKup programme is fully flexible to suit all sizes and types of fleet operation, with pricing determined by the number of authorised vehicles on a business’s O-Licence and their number of staff. Operators can choose to opt for employment-only advice, regulatory-only advice, or both.
Operators can choose to opt for employment-only advice, regulatory-only advice, or both – all for a fixed monthly fee. As an example, a business operation between 1-10 vehicles could select regulatory only BACKup or employment only BACKup from £75 per month per area, or full BACKup (regulatory and employment) from £100 per month.
