FORS Bronze Standard requirement ‘D4 Professional development’ outlines the training requirements for operators of HGVs under a Restricted Operator Licence. A designated ‘Responsible person’ shall complete mandatory training stated in Annex 2 of the FORS Standard.
The designated Responsible person can attend either of the following training:
- FORS Fleet Management Essentials O Licence Awareness course
- FORS Approved training course on fleet management.
The training must be completed within the past five years.
