FORS was represented at this year’s essential domestic showcase for the UK’s coach, bus, mini/midi vehicle and passenger transport technology sector at the NEC in Birmingham.
The two day event boasted 215 sector leading exhibitors and over 6,000 key industry buyers and decision makers – including operators, suppliers, local authority and community transport providers from across the UK.
FORS is the leading fleet recognition scheme in the industry and is applicable to all coach and bus operators. FORS is of benefit to the bus and coach industry and will help operators ensure their fleets run safely and efficiently as well as become a responsible and sustainable operator.
Operators who currently use Busmark, CILT’s leading benchmarking club for the bus and coach sector, are reminded that they are able to use their Busmark benchmarking report to demonstrate they meet the performance management criteria for FORS Silver and Gold accreditation.
